Tomahawk Creek Wastewater Facility $270 million expansion is the largest project ever undertaken by Johnson County and is expected to improve water quality while providing cost-effective long-term treatment solutions for Johnson County customers. Tomahawk is a joint project of Johnson County Wastewater, Black & Veatch, HDR and McCarthy Construction. RS Electric is the lead electrical contractor working jointly with Guarantee Electric.
